Shipping Policy

We require 4 to 7 days for shipping depending on our courier partner.

• Maharashtra: 4-7 business days depending on courier partner
• Outside State: Additional days may be required depending on our courier partner

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

• We accept online payments only (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available
• Orders will only be processed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (business days only)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a WhatsApp/email confirmation once your order is shipped with tracking details

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order on our website at Track Order page using your phone number or email.

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products
• Product must be in original packaging
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective
• Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• Customized or opened products cannot be returned
